Five services, described with what they cover and what they do not. The second column is the one to read closely: that is where misunderstandings live.
Profile assessment
A review of your actual situation: verifiable work experience, qualifications and certifications, language level, family circumstances, and your capacity to meet the costs that fall to you. The assessment ends in a clear answer, including when that answer is that no route is workable for you today.
What is included
- An interview and an analysis of your background
- Identification of the routes that are open, and those that are not
- A list of the documents you will need later
- An estimate of the costs that will remain yours
What is not included
- Any guarantee of eligibility or outcome
- Any promised timeline
- Preparation of the file, which is a separate service
Employer matching
We work from real positions, with identified employers who understand their obligations and are prepared to meet them. The candidate is never charged for this matching: a job is not for sale.
What is included
- Presenting your profile to employers whose need matches it
- Confirming that the employer accepts the obligations that fall to them
- Support through the interviews
What is not included
- Recruitment fees charged to the candidate: there are none, in any form
- Any guarantee that an employer will select you
- The choice of employer, which remains yours
File preparation
Methodical assembly of the application: documents, forms, internal consistency, translations to plan for. Most refusals come from an incomplete or contradictory file, not from an insufficient profile.
What is included
- A precise list of documents, and a check of each one
- Drafting and reviewing the forms
- A consistency check across the whole file
What is not included
- Obtaining the documents themselves, which falls to you
- Translation, biometrics and medical examination fees
- Any inaccurate statement: we produce none, and we end the representation if asked to
Support through to the decision
Filing, follow-up, responses to requests from the authorities, and information at every stage. You know at all times where your file stands and what is expected of you.
What is included
- Filing the application and following its processing
- Responding to requests for further information
- Updates at every stage, including when there is nothing new
What is not included
- The decision, which belongs solely to the authorities
- The processing time, which depends on neither you nor us
- Any guarantee in the event of a refusal
Guidance towards training and language preparation
Where a profile is promising but not yet sufficient, we say precisely what is missing and where to obtain it: professional certification, further experience, language level.
What is included
- Identifying exactly what is missing
- Pointing you to training providers and language test centres
What is not included
- The training itself, which we do not provide
- Training and test fees, which remain yours
- Any commission from a training provider: we take none
In what order
The services follow one another, and none begins before the previous one has succeeded. We do not prepare a file without an identified employer, and we do not present a profile to an employer without having assessed it.
That order is not administrative fussiness: it is what stops you spending money on a process that will not succeed.
What it costs, and who receives it
There are three cost items, and only three. They do not go to the same recipient, and that is the first thing to understand: only one of these sums comes to us.

What you pay us to prepare and follow your file. This is the only item that comes to us. The amount is settled after your profile has been assessed, because it depends on what your file actually requires. It is stated in a written retainer, which you read and sign before any payment, and which sets out what is covered, what is not, and the payment terms.
Government fees
Paid to : Authorities of the destination country
Published official rates
Work permit application fees, biometrics fees, and any other charge required by the authorities. These amounts are set by governments, published by them on their own websites, and paid directly to them. We receive no part of them, and we can neither reduce them nor speed them up.
Mandatory third-party costs

At the providers' rates
Medical examination by an approved physician, language tests, certified translations, obtaining civil status documents. These costs go to the providers concerned, at their own rates. We take no commission from them and impose no provider on you.
No recruitment fee is charged to the candidate, and there is no fourth cost item. If someone asks you to pay to obtain a job, to "reserve" a position, to "speed up" a file, or for any other reason not on this list, it is fraud.
Frequently asked questions about our services
- What does the support cost?
- There are three cost items: representation fees, which come to us and are set out in a written retainer signed before any payment; fees paid to the authorities; and mandatory third-party costs such as the medical examination, language tests and translations. Amounts are confirmed during the assessment of your profile.
- Do you charge recruitment fees?
- No. No recruitment fee is charged to the candidate, ever, in any form. Recruitment costs fall to the employer.
- What happens if my application is refused?
- A refusal is possible, and we say so before starting. Fees paid to the authorities are not refunded by them. The terms applying to our fees in the event of a refusal are set out in the written retainer, which you read and sign before any payment.
- Do I have to send documents to be assessed?
- Not through this site: no upload is possible here. An assessment begins with a conversation. Documents are requested only afterwards, once the framework is set and the retainer signed, and through a secure channel.
- Do you work with candidates already abroad?
- Our work covers the steps taken before departure: the work permit is obtained in the country of residence, tied to a named employer, and travel follows. If you are already in the destination country, your situation falls under a different framework from the one described on this site; write to us with your current status and we will tell you whether we can act, or who to turn to.
