Destinations

Four destinations, four different frameworks. Each sheet gives general bearings and states the date it was reviewed. None replaces a review of your own circumstances.

Choosing a destination is not a matter of impressions. It rests on three things: what your qualification allows, what your language level permits, and what you can afford. An appealing destination that is closed to your profile is not a destination.

  • Germany

Germany recruits actively in the care professions, with strong requirements on two points: recognition of the qualification and the level of German. It is the destination most open to qualified profiles, and the most closed to those that are not.

  • Canada

Canada is the main destination among the files we handle. It is also the one whose framework is most publicly documented, and therefore the easiest for you to verify yourself.

  • France

France employs heavily in home care and support for older people. The language advantage of French-speaking candidates is real; it exempts them from no formality, and that is a frequent confusion.

  • Italy

Italy has long employed foreign workers in home assistance for older people. Entry is subject to quotas: the number of places is set in advance, and applications must be filed during an open window.
