Place of business: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada WhatsApp: +1 672 275 0771
The firm works by appointment and does not receive visitors without a prior appointment.
Website hosting: the site is hosted on a static hosting platform. No personal data is stored there: the site has no database, no client area and no user accounts.
Scope of the information published
The information published on this site is general in nature. It is neither legal advice, nor a guarantee of eligibility, nor a promise of outcome. Immigration rules and employer requirements change frequently, and how those rules apply depends on each person's own circumstances.
No immigration decision belongs to Cap Soins International. Those decisions rest solely with the competent authorities of the countries concerned.
Cap Soins International is not a public body or a government service, and acts on behalf of no government.
Only a signed written retainer establishes a professional relationship. Browsing this site, or sending a message through the form or WhatsApp, creates no representation relationship.
The firm's role in recruitment
Cap Soins International is not a licensed foreign worker recruiter in British Columbia, and does not present itself as one.
Recruiting foreign workers there requires a provincial licence, separate from registration with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. Being a regulated immigration consultant does not authorise recruiting: these are two different authorisations, issued by two different authorities.
The firm acts as an intermediary, within a relationship with a licensed recruiter:
Employer → licensed recruiter → Cap Soins International → candidate
Its role is to facilitate communication and the transfer of information between those parties. Any step that legally falls to the licensed recruiter is passed on to them, and is not carried out by the firm.
Where a partner recruiter is engaged on a file, their name and licence number are stated. In the absence of such a statement, no such partnership should be assumed.
Job openings presented on this site
The information in an opening is what was provided to the firm. Each opening distinguishes what has been confirmed in writing by the employer from what remains to be confirmed.
An unconfirmed condition — accommodation, transport, health insurance — is shown as "To be confirmed with the family". It is never presented as guaranteed or covered. The final terms of a position are set out in the employment contract.
Personal information
This policy applies to personal information collected through this site. It is set out in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
What we collect
Only what you enter yourself into a form on this site: your name, your email address, your country of residence, your current occupation and the content of your message. For the employer form: the employer's name, a contact person, a telephone number, the city and province, the position to fill and your message.
What we do not collect
This site allows no document upload. There is no field through which a passport, diploma, identity document, medical certificate or any other document can be sent. That is not an internal policy: it is a technical impossibility, by design and verifiable.
Nor does this site collect health data, banking data, or national identification numbers. It performs no profiling and no automated decision-making.
Why, and for how long
The information you send is used only to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to assess whether we can assist you. It is neither sold, nor rented, nor disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes.
Messages received are kept for twenty-four months and then deleted. Where a written retainer is signed, information relating to the file is kept in accordance with the professional obligations applicable to regulated immigration consultants, which are longer.
Who receives it
Forms on this site are routed by the Formspree service, which forwards the form's content to the firm's inbox. That provider acts as a technical routing intermediary and makes no other use of the content. Its servers are located outside Canada; information sent through the form therefore transits another country, where it may be accessible to local authorities under that country's law.
If that is a concern for you, write on WhatsApp rather than through the form.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, its correction, or its deletion. Write on WhatsApp to the number given at the top of this page. We answer any such request within thirty days.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies.
It uses no analytics service, no advertising network, no social sharing button, and no font loaded from a third-party server. Fonts are served from our own domain.
As a result, no consent banner is required, and no tracking of your browsing takes place.
Should that change — for example by adding an analytics tool — this page would be amended and a consent mechanism put in place beforehand.
Links to other sites
This site links to third-party sites, notably the College's public register and public employment services. We exercise no control over their content or their personal information practices.
